Dress A Girl Around the World sewing evening

Wednesday 4th March, 7.30pm
The Treadmill, Hayfield
 
The aim of this evening is to reuse old or unwanted materials to make dresses and shorts for children living in poverty around the world. The clothes made will be despatched via the Dress A Girl Around the World charity to those that need it. Experienced and novice sewers are equally welcome. 

Volunteers are also needed for other tasks, such as cutting out, ironing, making coffee etc. Cash donations are also welcome towards sewing supplies. Some material is left over from previous events. But, please bring along any pure cotton you would like upcycled. No booking is required
