Worwood Drive

This is a typical 1980's house which was F rated when bought.
Common sense improvements (draught-proofing, loft and cavity insulation, new gas boiler etc) and sensible but not extreme energy saving habits mean that energy use has been cut to less than a half of the original level.

The homeowner can provide hints and tips on draught-proofing and DIY insulation jobs (e.g. loft hatches). He will be able to explain our new display of thermal images which will show good and bad examples of heat loss in homes - and what you can do to about it!

Talk to the home-owner and see the displays - go to the gazebo in the front garden.
