Grants are available in South Derbyshire for home energy efficiency works, works are subject to survey but may include loft insulation, wall insulation and/or low carbon heating such as air source heat pumps.
Your household is likely to qualify if you meet all these conditions:
You are off gas/do not have gas heating
You are owner-occupier or a private tenant*
You receive a means-tested benefit OR your combined annual household income is under £31,000 (before tax)
If one exists, your home has an Energy performance certificate (EPC) of D, E, F, or G.
*If you rent your property, we will need permission from your landlord as they will be required to make a contribution towards any works.
