Every year we use around 13 billion plastic bottles, 9 billion drinks and nearly 3 billion coffee cups. In this talk, you will hear from environmental charity, Hubbub, who have been taking part in exciting and engaging trials to increase the amount recycled in Leeds, Swansea, Dublin, and Edinburgh. 

You will also hear about the work they have been doing to address the issue of coffee cups. Currently, 5,555 plastic-lined coffee cups are disposed of every minute in the UK - and only 4% get recycled correctly.
